Dr. Daniel Simone (PhD 2009), curator at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, has sent the History Blog the following online  exhibit to share with our community. Titled “Glory Road,” the exhibit features not race-car drivers but drivees. Among the list of  standout racing cars, bookended between the Toyota Camry of 2016 and the Hudson Hornet of 1952, are the Ford Thunderbird and Chevrolet Monte Carlo, the same as what mom and dad drove (or perhaps you), and then not the same.
